Embedded in-memory store active (MongoDB sync ready).

The platform is running on the Universal Embedded Repository with 5 facilities, 124 monitored assets, and AHU-204 telemetry anomalies pre-loaded.

To connect a live MongoDB instance, supply MONGODB_URI in your environment.
